This Privacy Policy explains how the MauMer mobile application ("the App") collects, uses and protects your personal data. By creating an account and using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

These details identify who is responsible for your data. If they change, this page will be updated.

1. What data we collect

Account data you provide when registering: name, e-mail address, and optionally city and birthday.
Sign-in data if you use Google or Apple to sign in (your name and e-mail, as released by those providers).
Photos you choose to upload to the fan gallery.
Messages you send to the band through the in-app direct messages.
Notification token — a device identifier used only to deliver push notifications, if you grant permission.

2. How we use your data

To create and manage your fan account.
To show you events, updates and the fan photo gallery.
To let you exchange direct messages with the band.
To send push notifications about news and replies (only if you allow it).

3. Photos are shared with other fans

Photos you upload are reviewed by an administrator and, once approved, are visible to all other fans inside the App as a shared fan gallery. You are told this before each upload and choose whether to send the photo. Do not upload photos you do not want other fans to see. You can report or block content and users from within the App.

4. Who processes your data

We use trusted service providers to run the App:

Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore database, Storage) — stores your account, photos and messages.
Expo push service — delivers push notifications.
Apple and Google — only if you use their sign-in.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

5. Content moderation

Photos are approved before publication. Inside the App you can report any photo and block any user; blocked users' photos are hidden from you. Reported content is reviewed and removed if it violates our rules. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

6. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time: open Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, your uploaded photos and your messages from our systems. This action cannot be undone.

7. Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@maurizioproduction.com.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
